1: Installation specifications and tips:
1. The laying of drag chain cable shall not be twisted, violent or rough. The cable shall be smoothly unfolded by rotating the reel or cable reel or hung if necessary.
2. The cables in the drag chain shall not be in contact with each other or bound together. They must be laid in the drag chain loosely and evenly side by side. They shall be separated by spacers or inserted into the separation cavity of the bracket blank as far as possible. The gap between the cables in the drag chain shall be at least 10 percent of the cable diameter.
3. Both ends of the cable must be fixed, or at least at the moving end of the drag chain. The distance between the moving point of the cable and the end of the drag chain shall be 20-30 times of the cable diameter.
4. Ensure that the cable moves completely within the bending radius and cannot be forced to move. The cables can move relative to each other or with the guide device.
5. Scientific methods shall be used in the installation process to ensure the reasonable connection of each position. At the same time, attention shall be paid to the structure of the drag chain cable. It is not allowed to damage the internal structure due to human or machine use. If it is damaged, dangerous phenomena such as short circuit may occur during use.
6. If the drag chain breaks, the cable also needs to be replaced, because the damage caused by excessive tension cannot be avoided.
2: Selection specifications and tips:
1. Understand the requirements of the installation environment and use scenario of the drag chain, including: temperature, humidity, oil resistance, hydrolysis resistance, UV resistance and other environmental factors.
2. Attention must be paid to the minimum bending radius of the cable. (there is a great difference between the fixed installation and the installation in the drag chain. Please pay attention to it.).
3, Transportation and storage requirements:
1. Rough loading and unloading shall be prohibited during transportation, and forklift and other tools shall be used as much as possible. It is forbidden to drag directly on the ground to prevent the cable sheath from being worn.
2. The storage must be placed in a dry / cool environment to prevent exposure to the sun. It is necessary to avoid moisture and contact with corrosive liquid / gas.
